About
My name is Tom and TSS Racing is a product of my passion and fascination with motosport.

As a mechanical engineer and an amateur motocross racer I have firsthand experienced the shortcomings of generally available parts. Be it chinesium, or overpriced lackluster engineering, my mission became clear: combine my obsession with precision engineering and real motosport needs to create the perfect racing parts.
FEM Analysis
Every part is validated through Finite Element Method simulation before production. No guesswork, pure engineering.
±0.05mm Precision
Industry-leading tolerances far exceeding motorcycle industry standards. Each component individually measured.
Certified Materials
German-sourced AL 7075-T6 and AL 5083 marine grade aluminum. Material certificates included.
HAAS CNC
American precision meets European engineering. Every part machined on HAAS equipment.
Our Process
CAD Construction
Every part begins with precise 3D modeling in professional CAD software.
FEM Analysis
Finite Element Method simulation validates strength and identifies stress points before any material is cut.
Iterative Refinement
Mass and strength are optimized through multiple design iterations until the perfect balance is achieved.
CAD/CAM Programming
Optimal machining processes are developed through CAD/CAM software for each unique component.
CNC Manufacturing
Parts are machined individually on HAAS CNC equipment — no stamping, each piece made to order.
Quality Control
Every part is measured and verified. QC documentation and material certificates ship with each order.
Premium Materials
All materials sourced from Germany with full certification.
AL 7075-T6
Aircraft-grade aluminum for high-stress, load-bearing components. Maximum strength-to-weight ratio.
AL 5083 Marine Grade
Superior corrosion resistance for components where environmental protection is critical.
Carbon Fiber
Development components and hybrid aluminum-carbon assemblies for maximum performance.
Steel
Heavy-duty weights and specialized applications requiring extreme durability.
