TSS TECH d.o.o. manufactures and sells precision-engineered motorsport parts and accessories. All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

5. Returns & Refunds
Return Window: You may return unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Custom-built or made-to-order parts are non-returnable unless defective
- Items that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use cannot be returned
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions upon approval.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition, using the original payment method.
6. Warranty
5-Year Manufacturer Warranty: All TSS TECH manufactured parts come with a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty Coverage:
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Product failure during normal use as intended
Warranty Exclusions:
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or modification
- Use outside of intended application
- Damage from racing or competition use (unless the product is specifically designed for such use)
If a product fails within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
7. Limitation of Liability
TSS TECH d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Motorsport parts are used in high-performance applications. Proper installation by a qualified professional is strongly recommended. The buyer assumes all responsibility for ensuring products are suitable for their intended application.
